Led and Managed key interface between commercial (sales revenue planning) & supply planning (replenishment) to identify and evaluate the impact of potential availability issues, controlling inventories, monitoring order fulfilment protocols, demand forecasting & statistical analytic, monitoring & evaluating production, and supply performance.


• Performed Rough Cut Capacity Plans (RCCP), evaluated demand & supply gaps, approving production planning & scheduling plans, materials planning (RM/PM) on consumption ratios, capacity planning, designing, and implementing S&OP related process, connect S&OP and S&OE process, monitoring inventory movements & applying controls.
