I have delivered tens of training courses targeting more than 1000 students over the last 5 years. The beneficiaries were from different categories, from them I mention:
Shua'a is considered a pioneering company in the field of administrative development. It is distinguished for helping many organizations and individuals in the Arab World with addressing the real administrative issues in a practical and realistic manner.
Main responsibilities:
Plans, organizes and controls all activities in Training Centre and coordinates all the daily operations in order to provide the best possible service to clients;
Deliver specific Soft Skills training to selected customers;
Creates training curriculums and departments annual plans;
Manages relations with training providers (identification of potential partners, sales and negotiation, contracting, profit distribution);
Supervises quality of training providers;
Deals with accreditation and certification issues for training courses;
Manages department and training courses marketing;
Maintains operational capacity of training facilities;
Lead the planning and implementation of Training Plan based on the Managing Director assignment.
Facilitate the definition of Training scope, goals and deliverables
Define Training tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale Sales plans
Assemble and coordinate Sales staff
Manage Training program budget
Manage Training programs resource allocation
Plan and schedule Training programs timelines
Provide direction and support to Sales team
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
