Main responsibilities:
Plans, organizes and controls all activities in Training Centre and coordinates all the daily operations in order to provide the best possible service to clients;
Deliver specific Soft Skills training to selected customers;
Creates training curriculums and departments annual plans;
Manages relations with training providers (identification of potential partners, sales and negotiation, contracting, profit distribution);
Supervises quality of training providers;
Deals with accreditation and certification issues for training courses;
Manages department and training courses marketing;
Maintains operational capacity of training facilities;

Assemble and coordinate Sales staff
Manage Training program budget
Manage Training programs resource allocation
Plan and schedule Training programs timelines
Provide direction and support to Sales team
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
