Job responsibilities:
• Managing all sales and marketing operations and process for Riyadh province, Central Region & North region in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations within the company.
• Oversee employees work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to company policy and guidelines
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Improving revenue.
• Evaluating performance and productivity of the team.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.
• Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s clients base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting client’s relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD.
• Following up the collection and overdue payments with the sales team and customers regularly and interfere when it is needed.
• Coordinating with all related divisions to ensure the smooth of branch operations and achieve branch goals.
• Conducting regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) sales and Quarter’s review meetings with BOD.
• Being up to date with all government requirements and new regulations if any to ensure that all followed and covered.
