- Manage and analyze demand for a business ensuring the availability of items
Meetings suppliers and set direction to ensure Optimum availability.
Forecasts demand and manage special deals.
- Providing exit plans for slow moving items and overstocks. Analyze aging & expiry data to assure minimizing them to achieve abetter experience.
- Support new store material creation forecast.
- Liaising between Supply chain team and trading team. Approving & review the demand attributes proposed by the team.
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Use ERP software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
- People: motivation, punctuality, discipline, development, measurement
- Consumables.
- Record keeping, control MHE and RF, control of cycle count and scheduling - HSE: PPE, H&S, MHE safe operations.
- Generate Report for W/H Service level daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
- Guide the receiver/head receiver/checker/dc clerks by providing them information regarding the products.
- Generate Report for picking accuracy, palette movements weekly.
- Generate report about the stock levels, D& E levels, NIS items values, Inventory trends
- Generate other type of reports as per the manager required.
Manage and analyze stores/DC’s demand for a business unit (Non Food& Convenient Stores ) to ensure the availability of items

- Managing Dc operations as a Supply chain team-member.
- Providing support to all convenience Stores.
- Managing support functions from Dc during the new-opening of c-stores.
- Managing the operation of warehouse & make sure of the customer satisfaction.
- Working side by side with operation team to improve DC operations & stock availability.
