ORASCOM-SORFERT. Piping Coordinator in fertilizers petrochemical industry in Oran, Algeria.1, 250, 000 Dia. Inch for production of Urea and Ammonia. • Provide priorities to Engineering and follow up preparation of shop drawings. Review of shop drawings from construction point of view.
• Provide information such as material types and sizes involved on project to Welding Engineer for preparation of welding procedures and liaise with clients for its approval.
• Issue complete package for fabrication including drawings, material and priorities to fabrication yard. Attend to any site problems associated with project and suggest solutions/alternatives for Client’s approval. Coordinate with other discipline engineers for resolution of interdisciplinary clash.
• Coordinate with engineering for preparation of test packs and review of the same. Arrange material required for pressure tests. Prepare detail schedule of pressure tests. Coordinate/follow up with QC Engineer and Client for clearance and approval of test packs for pressure test.
• Inspection of pipe work after hydro test and reinstatement of signing of MCITs and handing over systems to pre-commissioning/commissioning team.
• Monitor work progress at every stage of construction phase and advise Project Manager with any variations.
• Organize and attend meeting with client and other Department to review progress and resolve outstanding issues.

PETROJET-PETROFAC (Salam Gas Trains Khalda SGT 3-4).My scope was the installation and releasing the pressurized gas and the pressurized oil Duplex test packages (Feed Heater Area).

PETROJET-ELAB (Egyptian linear Alkyl Benzene) Total Responsibility of Piping fabrication and installation for a 107-METRE-Unionfining unit Rack, its Compressors Area and its equipments piping, for PETROJET as a contractor for ELAB

• Preparation of Projects site requirements at mobilization stage.
• Prepare method statements.
• Excellent knowledge of Piping / Pipeline construction & Welding.
• Understands & implements the Plans and Schedules project projected to the clients.
• Excellent in production control & Man Management.
• Day-to day job planning & organizing materials & resources.
• Program monitoring to achieve Targets.
• Co-ordination with clients and other discipline personnel at site.
• Implementation of Project Quality Plans & HSE program at site.
• Organizing post erection activities to obtain clearance from clients.
• Maintenance of project records.
• Forward daily progress report to planning department
