Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and Preparing of Daily/weekly/Monthly report for Materials, Manpower & Equipment mobilization, Man hours Report and Project Dairy Submitted to the project manager. i.e. for, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical services.
• Overall In charge for monitoring construction activities of the project. Job includes liaison with the clients, submittals to the clients, Safe working conditions, monitoring the progress of work etc.
• Preparing detail construction schedules in conjunction of with the Sub-contractor, as required or as necessary.
• Managing shop drawing production and liaise with seismic consultant for seismic design and implementation on this project.
• Submission and Preparation of the status of material submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitoring the reported progress and cost reports of Construction works.
• Highlighting any significant deviation from the actual budgeted amounts, submit the reasons for such deviation
• Preparing periodic reports showing commitments and expenditures to date, and f
• Delivery of new order input for Turnkey Energy services work against budget
• Determine prospects using key account plans with existing customers, and identify new customers using market knowledge
• Identify and engage sponsors within the organisation, at all levels and disciplines
• Gather customer information, such as, utility bills, key building metrics, and contacts and work with Consultant Energy Engineers to develop Turnkey Solutions
• Prioritise prospects using high-level benchmarking to determine if there is significant enough energy opportunity to proceed
• Qualify prospects using solution selling process and offering qualification questions to determine solution fit
• Educate customers of high level approach of offerings and gain commitment to methodology. Select, assemble and tailor information for presentation to customer including studies and presentations
• Determine program pricing, negotiate contract terms, book agreements, and coordinate hand over to operations.
