improvement plans for staff.
● Prepare and manage the operating budget, monitor financial performance, and
implement cost-control measures.
● Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and develop strategies to

● Oversee cash handling procedures, ensure accurate and secure cash transactions, and
manage discrepancies.

Oversees establishment and implementation of company policies across branches in
various locations including UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Khobar,
Jeddah), and Bahrain.
● Responsible for overseeing the setup of new branches, including construction,
installation of cash counters, and security systems, as well as staff training on
company policies and customer service standards.
● Monitors and evaluates daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and prepares sales
forecasting analysis comparing it with actual results.
● Identifies potential clients and prospects new customers, while maintaining current
customer base and increasing market share in a competitive environment.
● Coordinates with other departments, manages social activities and events, plans for
medium- and long-term strategies, evaluates sales team performance, supports and
motivates the sales team, and collaborates with marketing department on promotion
programs within the region.
