Responsibility:
1- Work as a team leader for utility section
2-follow up of maintenance works, facilities, chillers, air handling unit, air compressors, chilled water system, silo system, fire system .
3-Make maintenance monitoring for all utility device(daily report, preventive maintenance, check list, job safety analysis, job safety practices.
4- Making a daily check to the facilities and different important devices.
5- follow up all the matters about general maintenance ( electricity panels, utility device, fire system )
6-Preparation for concerts, events, electrical cables, lightening.
7- Writing daily reports, and reading the main instructions of devices of maintenance.
8- Follow up daily requests and sudden
المهام :
1 - العمل كقائد فريق قسم الخدمات
2- متابعة أعمال الصيانة، ومرافق، والمبردات، وحدة مناولة الهواء، وضواغط الهواء، نظام المياه المبردة، ونظام لنقل المواد العلفية، ونظام الحريق .
3- متابعة الصيانة لجميع المرافق وتجهيز (التقرير اليومي، والصيانة الوقائية، والتحقق من القائمة، تحليل السلامة الوظيفية، والممارسات السلامة المهنية.
4 - عمل التفقدات يوميا إلى المرافق والأجهزة الهامة المختلفة.
5 - متابعة جميع الأمور حول الصيانة العامة (لوحات الكهرباء، الجهاز أداة، نظام مكافحة الحريق )
7 - كتابة التقارير اليومية، وقراءة الإرشادات الرئيسية لأجهزة الصيانة.
