Key Objectives:
Managing the IT projects’ Portfolio Office.
Supporting Decision-Making for the rest of the university investment portfolios, by providing portfolio planning, delivery support, and contributing in COE for management processes, procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Key Objective:
Assuring that capital projects’ management is well governed at project, program, and portfolio levels.

Missions:
• Provide specialist hands-on support for TAP-PMO regarding project management processes, procedures, policies & standards, tools, and techniques.
• Facilitate governance meetings at portfolio level.
• Monitor TAP-PMO dashboards; advise about performance and decision-making data quality.
• Track progress through KPIs to assess and improve TAP sector and TAP-PMO performance.
• Scan the horizon for impending strategy or policy changes that may impact on the composition of the portfolio, and communicate an impact analysis to the EPMO.
• Provide decision and governance support by Regularly review the appropriateness and deliverability of the portfolio.
• Support TAP-PMO regarding portfolio risks and issues and response actions.
• Review the relative business priorities and risk profiles, and escalate issues to the strategy board.
• Coordinate information about how TAP-PMO and projects run the standard management method, and their progress and problems.
• Ensure compliance with EPMO-COE standards, knowledge management and information management processes.
• Keep abreast of international trends to identify best practices that may be tailored and implemented.

Missions:
• Create the project plan (main plan, Manpower plan, Resources plan, procurement & fabrication plan).
• Creating Schedules, schedule narratives, reports (including histograms, usage spreadsheets, 5weeks look-ahead schedules and reports, internal and official progress reports).
• Acting as SAFID Project planner at BACS (including direct discussions and meetings with BACS management team).

Responsible for decision making support in construction program management from feasibility study up to the closure which included - but not limited to:
• Product Alternatives analysis and defining final product’s requirements.
• Improving procurement (tendering/contracting) and reducing their time by coordinating with the technical team to make contractors’ selection much efficient.
• Raising program organizational maturity by establishing and refining the organizational standard process and procedures, policies, guidelines, tools and techniques, and developing lessons learned register.
• Reducing projects’ duration and expenses by monitoring and controlling projects’ progress including time and cost control.
• I’ve Reduced the construction budget of a plaza project from 13M to 8.5M risk reserves, and the duration from 12 to 8 months with all quality guarantees.
Reporting To: CEO.
Main Mission was to centralize and the management of the company departments and level-up the organizational maturity to be capable of handling complex and large-scale consultancy projects by:
• Evaluating and help to implement process improvements to improve department workflow and more effective delivery of projects.
• Design and support governance/reporting for projects.
• Design, challenge and agree on management dashboards.
• Implement guidelines, procedures, and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and provide hands-on delivery support to departments.
• Provide an aggregated analysis of gated reviews to the CEO.
• Assure the overall integrity and coherence of the portfolio.
• Improving the biddings' financial study.
• Analyzing the portfolio and make recommendations on the assignments mix to the CEO.
• Controlling the process of qualifying, tendering, and bidding for the private and public sectors.
Also, participated in the i-Scope system (a simple PMIS and/or PMO tool) developing process which is a. My participation is as follows:
• Discovering the system’s false deliverables and addressing correction methodology.
• Developing Quality Indexes to measure the system elements' quality.
• Establishing a coding system.
• Developing system deliverables such as; assessment metrics of projects.
Reporting To: General Manager.
Main Mission is to facilitate the management of an optimized portfolio, ensuring senior management decisions lead to the fulfillment of strategic objectives through the delivery of programs and projects, by:
• Balance/optimize the portfolio in terms of strategic goal attainment vs. delivery capacity/ capability and BAU priorities.
• Facilitate governance/portfolio meetings.
• Ensure compliance with management standards, processes, and procedures.
• Provide decision and governance support by Regularly review the appropriateness and deliverability of the portfolio, Review the relative business priorities and risk profiles, and escalate issues to the strategy board.
• Develop standard processes, procedures, guidelines, and templates.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio resource schedule, mapping available resources against projects.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for the portfolio.
• Evaluate and help to implement process improvements to improve project workflow and more effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Information management and Knowledge management across the portfolio.
• Provide a strategic overview of all projects and interdependencies, reporting anomalies or areas of concern to the board of directors.

• Responsible of Time, Cost and Quality control in the project and direction of detailed shop drawings.
• Dealing with government officials about work progress and payment clearances.
