Key Assignments:
• Contribute to the realization of AL Rajhi Bank Finance strategy by driving the development and execution of Finance Transformation Program (FTP) implementing technology innovation for finance.
• Shapes and designs the program structure and roadmap to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the finance objectives.
• Drives and manage program execution while balancing finance requirement with program constraints (scope, time, and budget) and ensures the required change management and communications to anchor sustainable finance transformation.
• Utilizes and leverages transformation and business process re-engineering (BPR) expertise and best practices and abides by the program management methodology, gate keeping and prioritizations (STEP methodology) in delivery the programs.
• Partners with the Business Managers to drive and embed change throughout Al Rajhi Bank and ensure Business ownership of the change.
• Ensures timely alignment across all stakeholders and manages the interdependencies of the underlying projects to deliver the business benefits while coordinating with Program Portfolio Management to ensure coherence and consistency across programs.
• Ensure that the program is executed to achieve finance objectives within the IT strategy and target architecture.

Serve the finance needs by developing strategic information management reports. Design and implement BI solutions through technology and operational architectures / frameworks. Implement Business intelligence initiatives. Development of data management governance and continual improvement of data management.
- Primarily focused on overseeing the management and delivery of various IT projects, tasked with overseeing the day to day management of projects, facilitating the implementation of operational plans and tracking and managing delivery of project objectives
- Responsible for change management, quality assurance and the generation of project documentation
- Conducting comprehensive data systems analysis, identifying and mapping current processes, producing recommendations for improvement and overseeing their delivery
- Accountable for the clarification and modelling of key business user requirements
