▪ Designing and preparing Mechanical Engineering package for Management of change (MOC).
▪ Preparing scope of work, isometric drawing and Bill of Materials.
▪ Estimating the cost required for the project.
▪ Preparing Purchase Request of required BOM & following up with procurement department.
▪ Responding to contractors and supplier technical queries.
▪ Evaluating contractor’s proposals to ensure technical compliance.
▪ Preparing weld summary sheet, inspection scope and coordinating with inspection department for review and approval.
▪ Coordinating with safety department and contractor to issue job safety analysis procedure.
▪ Assisting contractor with Safety and security Procedures.
▪ Coordinating with the inspection department and arrange for testing and inspection of delivered material and completed work.
▪ Supervising Contractor activity in the site and monitoring progress against construction schedules.
▪ Preparing the handing over documents for end user to close out the project in time.
Participate in issuing the change orders and log.
Revise the project budget according to the approved changes.
Report the revised status and the recommendations.
Prepare contract documentation as required (additional responsibility).
