The scope of work is located to the north of Al UlA and involves the redevelopment of an approximately 24 km section of the existing 375 & 70 Al Hegra Road. Changes to the roads current alignment along with the reduction of carriageway width lane and introduction of several junctions. The development also includes various landscaping elements and construction of the associated utilities (Dry, Wet) routes for service connectivity to surrounding developments.

• Work Responsibility:
• Follow up and Coordination with site team and surveyor team and MEP team for daily activities and technical issues, in charge to facilitate the work stages .
• Reviewing laboratory test report and results as per specifications and shop, asbuilt, design drawings, BOQs .
• Preparing & submit Shop drawings, As-built drawings, steel Bar Bending Schedule, quantities, shop drawings, as per design and required specifications Etc.
• Managing, implementing and directing the design review to issue IFC as per IFI & specifications.
• Check and follow up finalizing of monthly Bills and Quantities & Schedule.
• Studying tender documents, preparing complete technical and financial proposal, quotation and finalizing the prices and duration etc., For variation orders .
• preparing related project technical, financial documents.
• Follow up to preparing monthly bills and quantities as per work done on site with cooperation with other staffs.
• Discussing and finalizing with consultant for laboratory test results, drawings, changes, quantities and approving it.

Art of Dubailand. Its master developer is DAMAC Properties, best known for
conceptualising and completing several luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use
projects in the GCC. Spanning 42 million sq. ft., DAMAC Hills is home to a variety of mixuse properties. It is located on Al Qudra Road (D63) and features townhouses, villas and
apartments beside retail, sports, spa, wellness and leisure facilities.

• Work Responsibility: “Construction Manager”
- Develop detailed project plans outlining the scope, objectives, schedules, budget, resources,
and milestones.
- Prepare and manage budgets for construction project, including cost estimation, forecasting,
tracking expenses, and ensuring project stay within budgetary constraints.
- Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to
ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source and purchase materials, equipment, and
services required for construction, while adhering to project specifications and budget
constraints.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors,
ensuring compliance with project requirements and legal regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules by coordination with planning manager, ensuring
timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost
overruns, and quality issues.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet
industry standards, specifications, and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safety
protocols and measures to maintain a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.3
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including site organization, logistics, subcontractor
coordination, and site safety.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates,
addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work Responsibility:
• Monitor construction progress by measuring and evaluating installed quantities against plan.
• Ensure contract compliance and consolidate and coordinate that information to the team.
• Support the weekly and monthly project progress meetings
• Lead the input of figures and supporting narrative for the monthly Project Management Review (PMR) meeting .
• Review of contract documents, including bills of quantities .
• Undertaking cost analysis for projects work.
• Performing risk, value management, and cost control during construction.

The phase works included expansion and rehabilitation of 36 schools and kindergartens spread over 4 packages in Amman, Mafraq, Balqa and Madaba governorates with a total built up area of 34, 096 m2.

• The duties include supervision of and issuing of instructions to the contractor and to report regularly to the designer and/or client.
