• Work Responsibility:
• Follow up and Coordination with site team and surveyor team and MEP team for daily activities and technical issues, in charge to facilitate the work stages .
• Reviewing laboratory test report and results as per specifications and shop, asbuilt, design drawings, BOQs .
• Preparing & submit Shop drawings, As-built drawings, steel Bar Bending Schedule, quantities, shop drawings, as per design and required specifications Etc.
• Managing, implementing and directing the design review to issue IFC as per IFI & specifications.
• Check and follow up finalizing of monthly Bills and Quantities & Schedule.
• Studying tender documents, preparing complete technical and financial proposal, quotation and finalizing the prices and duration etc., For variation orders .

• Follow up to preparing monthly bills and quantities as per work done on site with cooperation with other staffs.

apartments beside retail, sports, spa, wellness and leisure facilities.

• Work Responsibility: “Construction Manager”
- Develop detailed project plans outlining the scope, objectives, schedules, budget, resources,
and milestones.
- Prepare and manage budgets for construction project, including cost estimation, forecasting,
tracking expenses, and ensuring project stay within budgetary constraints.
- Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to
ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source and purchase materials, equipment, and
services required for construction, while adhering to project specifications and budget
constraints.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors,
ensuring compliance with project requirements and legal regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules by coordination with planning manager, ensuring
timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost
overruns, and quality issues.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet
industry standards, specifications, and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safety

• Work Responsibility:
• Monitor construction progress by measuring and evaluating installed quantities against plan.
• Ensure contract compliance and consolidate and coordinate that information to the team.

• Lead the input of figures and supporting narrative for the monthly Project Management Review (PMR) meeting .

• The duties include supervision of and issuing of instructions to the contractor and to report regularly to the designer and/or client.
