Lead the team preparing the specification document, the scope of work and the Hardware sizing. I also evaluated the Proposals, responded to required clarifications and made recommendations to the selection committee.
•Interviewed and selected the ERP implementation team members.
•Set the project, Communication and change management plans according to ASAP methodology 7.2.
•Reviewed and edited the preparation phase documents.
•Resided over the Blueprinting sessions and ensured correct and comprehensive requirement gathering, reports and WRICEF.
•Ensured the adoption of the world’s best practices into the public sector.
•Facilitated integration with legacy systems.
•Held a number of activities to enforce change management within the work culture to enhance the project’s chances of success.

I headed a team of 17 developers, business analysts, quality assurance and technical support, performing a number of internal development projects.
•Responsible for all in house developments, in the Financial, HCM and Logistics as well as integration between the various campus systems. And roll-out to the various university departments.
•Prepared and project planned the work plans for application development section. Using MS Projects 2007 and 2010.
•Interviewed and recruited experienced professionals and regularly reviewed their performance and sent them for required training.

4.Costs Budgeting system
5.Committees costs and expenditure

Leading the team in Analyzing, Designing & Developing Financial, Warehouse, Human Capital Management, Scholarship, Maintenance, Tenders and Academic Application for KKU using Oracle 10g database.
During this period I gained enormous experience in the government sector’s processes and rules and regulations. I was instrumental in adapting commercial best practices in the public sector.
