Develop commercial and investment related policies, strategies, manuals and processes.
Develop a detailed strategic plans and monitor the implementation to meet the RTA financial objectives and goals.
Develop and implement the Investment master plan (IMP) and monitor Agencies and Sector annual and quarterly commercial revenue targets.
Provide support to investment offices in Agencies to help them implement the related strategic plans.
Contribute to the development of new commercial and investment initiatives and products and services.
Ensure that PPP projects are prepared for competitive market bidding in such a way that all financial and risk components are adequately identified, quantified, and allocated in a manner consistent with the laid down policies and procedures.
Lead and manage feasibility studies to increase the RTA revenue through fruitful partnerships and analyze all financial models submitted by external parties.
Perform business scenario model analysis and recommend appropriate strategies to Commercial and Investment Department (CID).
Conduct and review PPP project preparation including scope of work, service level agreements and contract management.
Lead the development of opportunity scope, roles and responsibilities, service level agreements, and bid document in consultation with the stakeholder concerned.
Prepare and design tendering documents such as (TORs), (RfI), & (RfP).
Providing financial & Economic advice and support from EPC to financial close.
Responsible for preparing & reviewing financial models and deliverable documents (business plans, information memoranda, feasibility studies, etc).
Leading the Public Private Partnership practice on a day to day basis and bringing it to a higher level of expertise, including strategy, service offering, marketing, business development and delivery.
Providing a good understanding of the current market and economic conditions and analyzing risk issues related to country macroeconomic level.
Track and manage issue resolution, risk mitigation strategies and change control procedures.
Leading project teams on complex assignments on PPP / project finance in infrastructure sector.
Working on other Financing engagements of Project Finance and Debt Advisory type.
Reviewing & holding presentations for EPC chairman, Ministerial Committee and Senior Management.
Deal with different state authorities, local organizations, donors, financial institutions, client's General Directors, owners of the business.
Coaching and supervising managers and more junior staff.
Coordinating internal technical specialists' activities to ensure development schedules are achieved.
Forecast, monitor and report on economic and business conditions in banking industry.
Analysis and forecasting of current financial and economic trends.
Conduct economic and financial analyses for project evaluation, resource appraisal and forecasting in the banking industry.
Develop new financial reports including a summary trend report, expense composition report, revenue composition report and capital report.
