Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place.
● Ensure building the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across technology departments.
● Create and maintain the best practice standards for technical operations.
● Manage operation partners’ relations and project managers’ relations.
● Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
● Interview candidates and hire resources.
● Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and
recommend for promotions or salary increments.
● Focus on work ethics, continuous learning, and desire to deliver the best inspiring team members.
● Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time
● Coordinate and maintain specialized POS & devices technical operations.
● Innovate and provide critical thinking and problem solving ability to drive change and develop creative technology solutions
● Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
● Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and hardware availability
● Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
● Project scheduling and resource management
● Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects
● Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management.
● Gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress.
● Estimate project budgets and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way.
● Continuously scan the landscape for technology opportunities to enhance platform in order to deliver better products
● Interact with a variety of professionals with different backgrounds and experience and seek to learn from and contribute to the group
• Communication with vendors for purchasing business
• Advices account managers to optimize sale at retail / channel level (arrange trainings, etc.)
• Channel development
• Organizes in-store promotions with power retailers
• Manage & initiate incentive plans in coordination with Account Managers
• Negotiates better discounts with vendors (increase profit margin, backend rebate, ...etc)
• Monitor Inventory level & aging stock
• Manages the stock level between the customers
• Monitoring competition & their pricing
• Develop business plans including buying and marketing support from vendors
• Sales Analysis and optimization concepts
•Communication with vendors for purchasing business
•Advices account managers to optimize sale at retail / channel level (arrange trainings, etc.)
•Channel development
