Playing an instrumental role in achieving market share growth, revenue channel augmentation and customer portfolio expansion in compliance with company mission and values for assured meeting of assigned department targets.

The primary responsibility of my role is to increase Bayt.com‘s product portfolio per customer and to maintain the highest level of customers’ loyalty.
-Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from assigned database of customers.
-Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com’s recruitment products & services.
-Determine their recruitment needs, suggest a recruitment solution that will help them hire effectively.
-Utilize creative marketing skills, knowledge of territory & broad network of contacts to generate business leads .
-Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads.
-Effectively manage business in assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
-Determine customer’s recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
-Give online demonstrations and professional presentations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
-Serve as consultant for range of HR packages; customize packages based on client’s requirements.
-Extensive coordination with Finance Department to ensure timely payments & follow ups.
-Attend frequent management meetings to market Bayt.Com’s product & services in order to increase client database and market share.
-Identify up-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
-Work closely with client’s HR team to help them optimize the usage of Bayt.com online recruitment services (CV database, Salary base, Job Postings etc.).
-Work towards Maximizing profit and growth through the formulation and development of new plans, initiatives, long-term client relationships and key business strategies.
-Help the clients in drafting Job Descriptions which in return attracts relevant traffic through their job advertisements.
-Extensive utilization of CRM and SMS Management Systems

Main Responsibilities:

1.Giving the requested Training on the Recruiting System of Our Company( Searching the Database & Posting Ads).

Clients Management:

1. Worked closely with hiring managers, human resources manager, and executive leadership to determine hiring needs, trends, position descriptions & recruiting strategies

3.Good rapport with clients. Building relationship with clients over telephone and writing. Getting to know how they work, operate and the general culture and work atmosphere.

5.Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using Bayt.com Portal
6.Plan recruitment activities to meet business requirements in an efficient and effective way.

Candidate Management :

1.Perform an exhaustive resource search as per the requirements using Internal Database and the active ads on Our Portal.
2.Screen the CV’s based on quality & specific standards to meet the client requirement
3.Forwarding CV’s of suitable candidates to clients.

Other duties:

Assist in recruiting & Conduct trainings, induction & help new joiners to socialize within the Sales department in order to increase sales performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate a minimum of 10 new or updated records with phone-outs per day in CRM (200 per month).
• Create 60 qualified leads and 10 cashed leads and assign them to sales Dpt.
• Ensure growth of quality company lists and email lists for high yielding Marcoms campaigns.
• Check every daily newspaper and business magazines to note down all the leads from new entrants, new projects or expanding companies.
• Check various websites for leads that might have been missed in print.
• Visit every building, prioritized by quality of area/business/district and note down all company names.
• Check same area/zone “directories” to ensure capture of 100% of companies in CRM as prospects.
• Conduct research by calling all new companies to create records with all mandatory fields of all companies in CRM.
• Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies.

Other duties:

Assist in recruiting & Training new joiners within the same positions.
