Responsible for all activities and assignment related to Port Said food and beverage Company consist of Cake, Biscuit and Gum production lines and (Pop Corn, Chocolate ) blbes factory - Aymn Afndy Group .
Responsibilities and duties:-
(Projects- Maintenance -Manufacturing -Operation)

•Review all drawing ( electrical, mechanical and utilities ) for new production lines for port said food and beverage Factory Project .
•Review all drawing ( electrical, mechanical and utilities ) for new production lines for Blbes Factory Project .
•BOQ for electrical, mechanical and utilities as per layout drawing.
•Installation & commissioning &start up and modification as per site ( Port Said and Blbes Projects ) for all equipment’s and utilities with suppliers companies .
•SLD layout drawing, Switch Gear and Transformer room, Main and Distribution panels as per layout drawing .
•Manage overall project scope, cost (budget) and schedule .
•Ensure that budgetary controls are followed.
•Ensure that the Contractors Safety is fully applied for all Contractors working of the Project .
•Manage the project team and members by assignment and responsibilities.
•Epoxy coating for flooring.
•Fire frightening system.
•Fire alarm system .
•Water and drainage systems.
•Electrical Power, Control &Data &Telephone & CCTV cables and cables trays .
•Electrical Grounding Earthling as per layout drawing.
•Electrical lighting and electric power layout as drawing.
•Main panel, ATS and generator .
•Training staff team of maintenance, operation and project.
•Responsible for apply TPM and LEAN .
•Drive team for continuous improvement to become more efficient by TPM process and Lean.
•Management of all Technical issues and reports in maintenance and operation for production lines.
•Responsible for prepare, operate and maintenance production lines on time and ensure applied all food safety policy such as ( HACCP, GMP, HYGIENE ) with fully safety .
•Responsible for KPI’s included ( MTTR, MTBF, FR, OEE ) for production lines .
•Develop the technical ( operation and maintenance ) organization structure to achieve optimum condition and more efficiency.
•SOP.
•Monitor, track, analyze and improve Key Maintenance and operation Performance Indicators.
•Review overall maintenance including corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance for
All production lines such as cake, biscuit and gum lines to reduce break down .
•Responsible for applied all maintenance, improvement and technical requirement for all equipment of cake line as mixers, depositor, ovens, injection, depanner, cooling conveyors, printers, cartoon and flow packing machines .
•Responsible for applied all maintenance, improvement and technical requirement for all equipment of biscuit line as mixer, laminators or layers ( pressing unit ), ovens, injection, oiling unit , cooling conveyors, printer, glue for box and vertical packing machines .
•Responsible for applied all maintenance, improvement and technical requirement for all equipment of gum line as mixer, extruder, oven, cooling tunnel, cut, fold and steak packing machines ( alpha pack ) .
•Immediate response to break down and ensuring timely availability and performance of machines in working and normal operational condition without any shortage .
•Very good dealing with ball mill for chocolate .
•Very good dealing with flow and TZ420 vertical wrap packing chines machines for cake and biscuit lines
•Very good dealing with cut, fold and stick packing machines for gum line ( alpha pack ) .
•Prepare annual maintenance and operational budget for expenses, investments and strictly operate within the approved budget.
•Planning new production lines based on requirement and layout .
•Review production specification check list for quality standard .
•Review spare parts for technical store .
•Ensure inventory is at acceptable level for raw and packing material based on planning.
•Very good dealing with Microsoft Dynamics AX program ( AXAPTA ).
•Member of food safety team of company and the company has been registered in NFSA ( white list ) .
•Member of food safety team of company to prepare all documents for technical, maintenance and operation requirement to get ISO .
•The company has been got ISO in 9001, 14001, 22000 and 45001 .
