 Get offers from suppliers outside the country, Do the negotiations, issuing P/O and follow up the shipping documents required from the Saudi Customs
 Managing all aspects of logistics by coordinating with purchasing dept, financial dept, warehouse dept. and production dept.
 Translate custom clearance shipping documents from English to Arabic.
 Find out the comparative price and perfect agreement with excellent facility from the Marine Agent to minimize the cost and for harmonious work activity and transactions for shipping.
 Negotiation with shipping lines, freight forwarders, custom and local authority.
 Work out and check as per the requirements all documents for the shipments and follow up the shipping from the supplier and shippers as per the schedule and plan as well.
 Follow up and control shipments under clearance with the clearance agent & transporter in order to clear the shipments on time and to avoid any unlikely extra charges.
 Ensuring appropriate, safe and accurate receiving of goods in warehouse.
 Ensuring all process for all shipments as per the company policy to avoid any delay / detention / Demurrages and follow up and communicate with causative until we cover all extra payment
 A high contribution in Managing of financial flow by checking the invoices and follow up for the final payment.
 Arrange FOB shipments for Raw materials as (Scrap, HBI, DRI...etc ) .
 Work and control a team as Team leader at sea port for off loading the bulk shipments such material as (Scrap, HBI, DRI...etc )
 Export shipments to overseas ( FOB, Ex-Works, CIF )
 Produce daily, monthly and the annual reports for the management in details.
 Get all needed permits form Government Authorities (MOI, Saudi General Security, Saudi Food & Drugs … etc.).
 Provide the Saudi customs payment proved or make undertaking letter till we get the payment proof (to insure the goods delivered in time) after that follow up finance dept. to get it.
 Ports Worked at : Jeddah Islamic port & King Abdul-Aziz Airport
