· Develop and implement organizational procurement policies and processes to ensure a consistent and standardized approach and to drive improvements and efficiencies in procurement activities
· Design and execute an organizational procurement strategy, supported by tactical and innovative procurement programs, to deliver enhanced benefits and value to the customer/end user and to support service delivery aims

· Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to provide strategic insights on business needs, resolve complex issues and deliver high performance cost, service and quality outcomes
· Provide leadership, direction and effective management of the procurement team and cross-functional working groups to achieve a high- level of performance in procurement and deliver high quality advice and service to stakeholders
· Identify and manage commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical and supply chain risks to minimize negative impacts on organizational objectives while encouraging opportunity and innovation
· Establish performance standards and evaluation processes to assess and report on procurement activity in terms of progress, results, customer satisfaction, value and cost
· Locating and maintaining the best sources of supply for the components, materials and services a company needs.
· Consider all aspects of company relationship with suppliers, including quality, value and the ability to respond quickly to changing supply requirements.
· Select suppliers that can act as long-term partners and help the company meet its growth objectives.
· Identify the suppliers that are most important to the success of the company and negotiate long-term contracts that set out prices, quality standards, cost-reduction targets, delivery timescales, and commercial terms and conditions.
· In addition to strategic sourcing role, responsible for traditional purchasing functions.
· Restructure the department and establish new jobs to ensure complete cycle for all processes.

• Develop quarterly and annual purchasing plans per supplier and per product.
• Communicate quarterly and annual purchasing plans to relevant suppliers.
• Manage contracting process with suppliers; quantities, items specifications, payment and delivery terms, marketing support, and supply, shipment and storage terms and conditions.
• Follow-up with suppliers in relation to financial affairs, productivity, supply, claims, discounts, support, and marketing plan.
• Submit periodic reports to suppliers on the size of sales, market size, volume of purchases, all financial details, offers, discounts and marketing support.
• Review and assess Company’s operations report and monitor departmental operational costs.
• Provide Executive Management with the annual purchasing report and provide comparative previous years’ analyses.
• Conduct research and provide market analysis to Executive Management in regards to current and future market changes as well as local and global purchasing laws.
• Train employees on all import and export laws, procedures, customs duties, licensing fees and restrictions.
In short, responsible for all purchasing and contracting activities. Maintaining all the activities in the department. Pricing and costing, shipments and all terms ( delivery and payment), yearly purchase forecasting and planning. Suppliers and orders problem solving, daily purchasing activities. Designing and implementing policies and procedures for the department. Following all the governmental importing regulations.
Coordinate movement of all purchased goods from suppliers to the warehouses and address any supply/supplier issues.
2. Support the Purchasing Manager on operational projects as needed.
3. Handling the issuing of P.O's for all of purchasing transactions.
4. Resolve received error issues for the P.O's.
5. Provide non-inventory purchasing support.
6. Assess warehouses/Logistics requirements on a weekly/monthly /quarterly cycle based on the sales forecast and address purchasing requirements for each warehouse for all goods.
7. Perform PO and item master maintenance transactions in the ERP system.
8. Update POs with current delivery information.
9. Expedite components as needed to keep warehouses lines running within their needs and within the purchasing plans.
10. Follow established guidelines and procedures for field and branch purchases.
11. Establish preferred/active suppliers list as required for each kind of goods.
12. Will coordinate with Logistic Depart ment for the re-order volumes at each warehouse/branch and tie it with the Purchase Forecast.
13. Review/verify/follow up all of past due PO reports and report to purchasing manager to address overdue PO's.
14. Handles specialized, standard & non-standard requisition for developments for goods which are usual & unusual or require evaluation or technical understanding normally beyond the scope of the assigned unit staff.
15. Serves on special assignments dealing with major or complex issues related to worldwide purchasing matter, or resulting from claims and/or company audits which often require close interface with proponent, and Multiple System Operation MSO and non-MSO support functions.
16. Conducts special studies for the purchasing Studies and prices for Old/New companies, as well any of adjusting/adapting these prices.
