The role of Technical Manger inside the company focuses on employing the technical knowledge and experience of the industry and convey it to the other personnel inside the different departments; Sales & Services, which will be reflected on the overall performance of the company .

• Follow up with manufacturers ( TPS principals ) to be updated with the latest innovations, improvements or modifications introduced to the equipment and make sure that clients are aware about the manufacturer recommendations and modifications .
• Provide technical training to client’s team .
• Create Documents library of all products and technologies TPS supplies and make sure to get the latest literature issued by principals .
• Be updated with the latest technologies related to our industry and share this with the other departments .
• Work with Engineering offices and consultants to educate them about our products and solutions in order to get our products stipulated in design documents during this stage .
• Arrange for after sales service jobs and major service jobs .
• Arrange for commissioning and start up jobs .
• Evaluate new principals products and technology and give recommendation to management.
• Work on expanding TPS portfolio and product range through studying the need of adding new equipment and machines to the product range and also explore new potentials for service Jobs .
• Attending technical meetings with sales and service personnel requested by clients .
