Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
• Prepare the reports and send it to our tenants.
• Discuss the results of the reports with department head.
• Introduce the reports to Department head, GM and concerned department for decision
taking.
• Evaluate the design themes and plans, often months in advance, including window and
in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts.
• Meeting with retailers and discuss sales strategies with the retailers' sales managers and
retail managers to make sure that the product is consistently available and managed well
on the retail shelf.
• Compliance Audits are performed to coincide with special promotions that a
manufacturer negotiates with retailers from time to time.
• Ensure that the product is being promoted as agreed, both in how it is displayed in the
store, and how it is priced.
• Provide regular inspection on retailers, ensuring that they are complying with the
agreements that you have made.
• Ensure planogram and pricing compliance while seasonal/promotional audits ensure that
special promotion items are displayed and priced correctly.
• Investigate and report any incident that affect the mall and tenant operation.
• Co-ordination with all departments and put plans for the shops, specially the pinching
one.
• Take note of the general appearance of the store, taking into consideration the cleanliness
and overall condition.
• Evaluating risks and controls within the retail environment to assure the highest level of
operational efficiency.
• Organizing and conducting quality audits and reports using the financial enterprise
services retail audit, and advising multiple levels of retail field management and other
departments regarding retail controls and processes that have been identified as risks or
control gaps.
• Performs additional reporting as required to assist various business departments.
• Performs presentations to large groups.
• Analyze the sales reports from all clients and introduce it for top management for
prospering the proper plans.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and
ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding
consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system
improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding
their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

o Development of Industry specific and technical whitepapers.
o Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge
in support of sales activities.
• Responsible for staying abreast of product road map as well as understanding the
scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to
address business and technical problems.
• This includes interacting with Product Management and Development on an on-going
basis to stay current.
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the
products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
• Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding
differentiators between the company and its competitors.
• Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business
needs of potential clients as part of the sales process.
• Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management and
Development regarding products including coordinating gaps between product
functionality and market/customer demands.
• Responsible for working with Product Management to develop and deliver training on
business problems, products, and messages (classroom and OJT) for new Sales team
members.
• Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Management/Product
Development.
• In conjunction with Sales Personnel, develop and conduct transition briefing -
communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc.
• Consolidate and enhance the Company's position and reputation as the country's pre-
eminent supplier of quality internet-based leads.
• Securing such business commitments will increase the volume and distribution of leads in
line with the Company's business plan and development objectives.
• Fully understand, demonstrate and communicate the business proposition, whilst acting
in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
• Effectively manage, sustain and Increase revenue from existing customers.
• To ensure the required profit and/or business levels are achieved from each account on
an annual basis.
• To identify new potential accounts which meet the required minimum standards to
warrant Key Account status, to manage and nurture these accounts to fulfill maximum
potential.
• Measure and track service and productivity levels, updating both the team and senior
management on those aspects of performance, whilst responding accordingly to that
ensure performance targets are achieved.
• To monitor the sales and inventory with distributors and retailers.
• To have the best adapt of marketing plan and brand philosophy.
• To establish the road to open new markets.
• Negotiating the best locations, and exposure, and assure the best visibility for our brands.
• Insuring the maximum visibility for our products, especially during launches, promotion,
and activities by using my strengths such: follow up, brands ' requirements
understanding, great relation with the retailers, and, mall managements, organization,
and time management skills.
