Supervise loading and offloading activities

Flight deck communication during push back

Check for aircraft and containers damage on arrival of the aircraft

The safety of the aircraft with loading or offloading

Responsible for safe and secure turn around of client's aircraft's

Check NOTOC as per regulations

Deliver all required documents in all areas in terms of load control file, flight plan, meteo

Bring correct passenger manifest to the flight

Make sure that the correct hold version, crew, and pantry for the handled flight

Adjust service weights as required

Obtain cargo weights with the order of offloads as stipulated by carriers

Calculate and send message for estimated ZERO FUEL WEIGHT (ZFW)

Calculation of baggage ULD's required and advice baggage cellar

Completion of the load plan

Communicate via email, cell phones, radio, or verbally with load control to ensure that all baggage loaded is accounted for in the load control process

Completion of general declaration list as required by some carriers

Retrieving flight plans

Obtain new slots in case of delays

Get a signed NOTOC from the captain

Create load control file and ensure all documents are filled as required by the check list

Make sure that all the flight message are released as required by the carriers

Responsible for safe and secure turn around of our client's aircrafts

Send flight stats as required by the carrier

Complete and sign ground handling charge notes properly and according to AHS(MENZIES) rules, ensure all services are mentioned and approved by the airline's representative

Prepare flight files and complete required operational reports, daily flight reports, recap reports, and shift reports

Perform headset and marshalling activities as trained by the company
