Planning, Estimation, Supervisions, Procurement, Contracts, Logistic):

•Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
• Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at the site.
• Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules, and problems for quick resolution of all issues. Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required.
•Quality control of work done at the site accordance with QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure that project milestones and objectives are achieved and projects delivered on time and within budget.
•Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring.
•Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
•Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.
