- Supports the Project Manager (PM) of ACTED Green Infrastructure (Agriculture, Forestry) project to ensure the overall success of the project within the time and resources allocated.
- Support PM/Project team to ensure the effective and timely completion of project activities in accordance with ACTED and GIZ standard operating procedures (SOPs) focusing in CfW employment methodology.
- Support the Project Manager to apply the CfW SoPs and ensure the overall success of the project, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time, withing budget constraints, within acceptable quality levels, in line with donor requirements and based on beneficiary needs.
• Follow up the trainers recruitment process.
• Collect and archive all required documents for trainers and tracked on ACTED server and the registration process on the GIZ system.
• Coordinate with ACTED support departments (FLATS).
• Implement complaints mechanism according to SOP's, Managing the activities on site and report any problems if happened with helpdesk hosts or during induction, information or Feedback sessions.
• Monitor the dialogue forum sessions plans, provide guidance and oversight to Trainers as needed and ensure that all monthly sessions plans properly shared with the line manager and tracked on ACTED server and Facilitate youth session.
• Create a master database for the project for attendances and absence information sheet and update it on daily bases.
• Report writing on timely manner.
• Ensure timely and high-quality data collection for the monitoring of the food assistance program for various project interventions implemented in the field and ensure that complete.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders participating in the implementation of the project to collect information about charitable societies in Mafraq Governorate.
• Coordinate with ACTED support departments (FLATS).
• Organize, monitor and contribute the implementation of capacity building activities for partners' CBOs operating in the host communities of Northern Jordan.
• Archive all the project documents.
• Conduct trainings on (Excel, Social media, archiving and creating and using E-mail) topics for stockholders and the staff.

• Participate in regular data verification and audit and keep the database up-to-date and support program staff prepares periodic high-quality reports.
• Develop project monitoring and evaluation tools.
• Participate in quality of intervention monitoring together with stakeholders while ensuring availability of data.
• Support the recording of feedback, analyses, and accessibility of feedback data for programmatic decision making.
• Work on village survey and market analysis to determine the beneficiaries' needs on the cash voucher project and design the voucher and gathering the information.
• Assist the field team with filling the data collection forms.
• Ensure that all collected data uploaded into the server by field teams.
• Ensure the validity and reliability of the data through intensely monitoring of the field enumerators through field visits or real time data monitoring.
• Oversee the data collection processes in close coordination with the team to ensuring high quality data in a timely and appropriate manner
