- Develop and maintain two-way communication between staff and management.
- Maintain and report as necessary all merchandise and non-merchandise stock.
- Check daily Sales Summary Books and Cash Register Record Books to ensure they are being completed in the correct manner.
- Managing the daily shop floor activities and directing the sales staff to give appropriate and good service and assistance to the customers.
- Ensure that the sold items are replaced from the stockroom, new stock arrival are steamed and re-tagged and shop merchandising is done.
- Training, explaining and making sure that the subordinates have knowledge about the products and ready to handle any customer request with confidence.
