• IBM AS400 Operator and Administration Skills
• Running AS400 End of Day Cycles for six countries (UAE-Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, Singapore and China )
• Application support such as Open2, SMS, Finnone.
• Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
• Symantec NetBackup operations and Administration tasks.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
• Perform Daily System monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs
• Handling Report Distribution System (Cold System), Client - Server SQL Server 2005, Full administration and Support.
• Providing support as an IT Hub for IT Support units in gulf area, China and Singapore.
• Being responsible for data center room to insure security, availability, maintainability, reliability and cleanliness of such facilities.
• Monitor IT services working with data center to ensure optimum customer services to End Users.
• Handling and monitoring backup for all systems working inside the Data Center (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly).and plans.
• Managing CCTV, Bio Star Access Control, Alarms, structured cabling for data Center.

For immigration system, Eye scan and E-gate for Abu Dhabi
Airport.
* Receives logs services request and dispatches them for
action.
* Run queries and test to identify root causes of system errors
* troubleshooting calls from the clients and tickets regarding
problems with the desktop functionality, devices, network
connection and the application support.
* Ensure follow-up on unsolved cases.
* Escalate technical issue as appropriate.
