Procurement SAP Coordinator (Material and Vendor Management) - Head Office:
• Studying of documents necessary for purhcase orders and contract creation in SAP.
• Evaluate quotations/offers received from different vendors.
• Follow up with projects quantity surveyor to obtain the information required for creation of purchase order/cotnracts in SAP.
• Preparation of necessary purchase orders/contract.
• Follow up Project quantity surveyor for proper service entry sheets (SES) in SAP.
• Extraction of information informs of reports as requested by procurement manager.
• Manage the materails in SAP with all details.
• Manage the vendors in SAP.
• Creating reports for various Purchase Orders.
Cost, Senior material and warehouses Controller - Head Office:
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system for all projects.
Purchasing, Material and Warehouse Controller MEP materials - Sky Towers and Gate Towers projects, Reem Island:
• Receipt purchase orders for the materials needed by the project.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotations.
• Compare offers prices to adopt the most appropriate and the issuance of the purchase order.
• Follow-up supply orders in coordination with project store team and resource.
• Follow up storekeeper for correct good receipts (GR)
• Receipt invoices and adopted after check of delivery with warehouses orders.
• Responsible for receiving the goods and reporting the discrepancies to the office.
• Store Manager in controlling and managing all aspects of the day-to-day Store operations.
• Control and check of merchandise in and out completing relevant paperwork.
• Maintain stock levels as agreed with the Project Manager and ensure out of stocks are kept to a minimum.
• Assist with inventory counts as required.
• Undertake any other responsibility as assigned by the Management.
• Reports to the Senior Purchases And Procurement Supervisor and handling.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
