Management of UNHCR inbound, outbound shipments through various import or exit points through the country.

Handle the logistics for the home entertainment division for the whole Levant area by arranging the shipping documents. Check the documents process from global LGE factories the LGE Levant distributors and optimize the
process to avoid delay. Ship all the advertisement material from the Levant office to all the LGE distributors in the Levant
Area.
Communicate with the clearance agents for LGE distributors to make sure all the shipments are on track, and to have smooth clearance. Handle the clearance for all the home entertainment division for sample and advertisement material. Annually reporting of SCM Logistics KPI’s performance, Evaluating third party company contracts and agreements. Monthly reporting of LGE -Levant achieved Sales for each department, and evaluate each month with the Annual target, to pinpoint weaknesses and sales drop factors and find solutions with the
cooperation of the marketing team for each buyer, Preparation of monthly purchase orders status,
percentage of total sales target, and evaluates month result per three phases and shifts the PO registry for Global LGE Factories within the first ten days of the month, in order to cutoff the
conjunction of shipments flow LGE Levant distributors. Weekly reporting for clients on Shipment advises and Shipping schedules for each month\week,
showing status of each shipment, shipment details, ETA-ETD, , etc Daily reporting of SCM Check list of day by day activities, Daily sales order tracking record update and to be shared with each related sales department with demand planning person in charge.
Coordinating with Airlines for Inbound\Outbound express materials. Communicating with Airlines for ADHOC inquires along with DHL global
stations for H\W airfreight bookings.
Ensuring all DHL Express Mail Delivery on time to the Airport Route.
Supervising Loading & Offloading Customs Released Express Materials. Supervising & Updating Commercial Air Line haul Management System “CALMS” End of Day Warehouse Management & recap of all day activities.
Gateway reports to be prepared for all shift activities to the SMT level.
Liaising with Ground Operations Dep. Of Materials line-haul connection to the operations HQ dispatch area.
