● Scope, investigate, define large quantity of project requirements .
● Engage and manage multi-disciplinary teams to achieve best execution within budget expectations.

● Monitor project execution to ensure objectives are being satisfied and provide timely advice to the Management .
● Undertake inspections of construction works to confirm compliance with design documentation.

● Supervise, coordinate and mentor where appropriate, internal design staff.

Mega project, with compressed time schedule high end finishing quality, night shift senior project engineer .
● Dealing with mega project scope of work and oversee night shift of work consisting of Engineers, sub-contractors, more than 3000 person and 12 hours per day.

● Dealing with work pressure and time constraints and raising up the level of project goals by building good relationship with project teams.
● Review the drawings and distribute tasks to engineers and follow up their implementation, review the schedule and submit the daily completion report to the project manager.
● plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines

Its an opportunity to role as manager for part of project individually, depending on my gained skills from my previse projects, many project has been delivered with good benefit to my organization.

My first experiment with mega project with high end quality finishing, many of my previse mentioned skills help me to be active part of this project in successful ways.
● Involved in project management and controlling execution .

As part of commercial department controlling and monitoring subcontractor performance and claims and comply to verify any variances with contract terms both ( payments & contractual ) wise, as benefit I got better understanding to procurement process with major experience on how control contracts and payments
● Review and study all types of contracts for full execution project life cycle.
● Monitor subcontractor performance and provide support to project management to clarify any contractual point during execution.
● Verify any variances between project schedules and progress percentage and clams
● Verify any variances between project contracts value & clams value
● Partly monitor quantity to identify any variances need to issue addendum or change request.
● Work closely with quality control to ensure subcontractor comply with quality requirement of executed work.
It was my first company I worked with after graduate, at execution phase of project life cycle as part of my role I extended my knowledge to include structural and mechanical work with my architectural at execution level .
● Review architectural & structural drawing issued from design department.
● Prepare simple shop drawing for execution as personal reference.
● Follow-up all stages of execution on site with the ability to coordinate the distribution of works between several different sub-contractors.
● Study of quantities and their relationship with progress report along with quality reports.
● Interfere with few management activity including assessment for (vendors, Material Quality, procurement, scheduling, project management )
