Zain South Sudan:
◦ Finance manager from Zain Group on all Zain South Sudans Finance
department - Acting as Director.
◦ Treasury supervisor and banks relation head.
◦ Business Plan Projection to be in line with budget projection.
◦ AP supervisor and management.
◦ AR supervisor.
◦ Fixed Asset supervisor.
◦ Monthly Closing and TB supervisor.
◦ Balance sheet & Cash flow cleanup.

• Quarterly Benchmark for MENA & North Africa (Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA, Jordan, Sudan,
South Sudan & Lebanon) telecom companies with internal analysis of markets.
• Preparing quarterly reports to validate current business Position in related country as for
Group Level.
• Financial Validation of Towers & related Assets for Towerco Project to sell & Lease back
towers to IHS company where the deal was done in October 2017.
• Financial Modeling & negotiation for new telecom license (Oman & Angola)

• Monthly tracking & reporting of the Operations performance against the Annual Budget &
Forecast and highlighting to the management the key variances and the recommended plan of
action.
• Bi-weekly Forecast reporting on the key performance indicators of the financial parameters
for the month.
• Bahrain annual Finalization of annual Budget & Forecasts.
• Co-Ordinate with the Operations from time to time to get clarifications on the business
performance to be passed on to the Group Management.
• Zain Group Receivable & Payable auditing.
