Handling Personal Banking Portfolio (Retail Banking - Private Banking - Business Banking - Digital - Marketing & CX - Business Performance).
Accountabilities:
- Assist in the Development of Annual and strategic HR People Plan.
- Coach & Guide to BSF Leaders in all HR related programs & matters (Recruitment - Performance Management - Staff Development - Rewards & Retention - Job Evaluation - Competency Development & Implementation).
- Contribute in all HR activities (KPI Objective setting - Completing performance reviews - Annual Salary reviews - PDP for employees - Retention Plans).
- Act as the Employees Counselor.
- Act with full delegation and authority in interacting and dealing with respective clients (Leadership Team).
- Produce management reports and People Agenda.
- Work close in enhancing Employees experience.
- Work Closely on all HR Projects.
Handling two Portfolios (Retail Banking Group & Finance Group) and serving as the Strategic Advisor. The number of employees total in both portfolios is approximately 7, 000 employees.
