Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Study the design deliverables received from MEP designer & provide inputs /comments in case we have any lack of details in the drawings

2. Lead a team of QS engineers in order to verify the quantities in the work orders received from the client for the electrical scope of works
and update the management for any deviation in between the contracts and the drawings in order to claim a variation orders and review
the items mentioned in the frame agreement in order to segregate the cost of the frame agreement items from the cost plus items.

3. Prepare a comprehensive list of electrical packages and float the quantities in the market for procurement purpose as well as follow up
with the client the status of the material submittal.

4. Liaise with all stakeholders in the project client/ consultant/ subcontractors/ suppliers / technical team.

with applicable codes, standards and regulations.
2. Overseeing the preparation of shop drawings for LV systems (LTG,

3. Perform take-off quantities for MV, LV & ELV systems by creating
full and comprehensive list of all materials required for the project.

electrical packages for LV systems in the market and ensure all

5. Ensured that all installations comply with MST, Specification, and
material submittal & update technical team for any changes in
order to be revised in the drawings due to site condition.

Site Management / Coordination (2017-2019)

1. In-charge of installation of Electrical & ELV services for the Stadium in concrete elements (Slabs, Columns, Wall & Retaining Walls…)
2. In-charge of installation of Electrical & ELV services for Level-1, external works (Infrastructure Works, Community Markets and
Auxiliary Buildings - Pumping Station S/S & Potable Water Pumping Station).
3. Review shop drawings for MV, LV & ELV systems for building & infrastructure works before release it to the site, and coordinate
with technical team in case of any discrepancies with other services & lack of details to prevent any rework in the future.
4. Liaise with the technical team in order to get the latest approved materials, shop drawings.
5. Overseeing 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix installation of in -house & subcontractors works for :
 LV Systems: Lighting, Lighting Control, Small Power, Containments, Earthing & LPS.
 ELV Systems: ICT, PAVA, ACS, FAS, BMS, CCTV & DTA.
 Infrastructure Works: (Telecommunication Networks, ELV Networks, Dry Utilities, 11KV Cable & Street Lighting).
