• Overseeing the entire hiring process, from writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening and interviewing
candidates, attending job fairs, completing reference checks, making job offers, coordinated background
checks, on-boarding new hires and conducting new hire orientations.
• Responsible for hiring Sales and Pre-sales engineers in three different industry segments; Oil and Gas,
Hospitality and Public Sector, and other positions such as Accountant, Admin Assistants, Tele-Marketing,
Software Developers, Office boys and Drivers
• Responsible for issuing social insurance enrollment and dis-enrollment.
• Maintains all employees’ files and records.
• Pulls up bimonthly finger print attendance sheet and follows up with employees on the delivery of their
weekly activity report.
• Administers benefits programs such as life and health insurance.
• Schedules training programs based on the identified training needs.
• Compiles all feedback from training programs and prepares reports accordingly.
• Support marketing department in preparing events and seminars held in the company.
• Implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with labor law.
• Supports HR & Admin manager in resolving employee relations issues.

• Hiring of 25 employees since I started working at JRM For Communication till now
• While started with managing a team of the 3 office boys, I am now managing 6 employees (2 drivers, 3
office boys and Admin PRO (the one who is responsible for dealing with the social insurance office)
• Conducting a new competences so the employees can have a career path (Done with one of JRM sister
companies(a software house))
• Managed an internship programs JRM had during 2018 summer.
• Responsible for the entire hiring and headhunting process for Total-Tech different clients, from receiving
the requirements from the client, writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening and interviewing
candidates.
• Recruited for Information Technology, Web Developers, Software Developers, SharePoint Developers,
Java Developers, Odoo Developers, iOS/Android developers, Graphic Designers.
o Achievements:
• Over achieving my target twice while working for a year and a half
• Scheduled coordinated approximately 30-35 interviews a week, including feedback and submissions
between the client and candidate
• Process Improvements: Reduced average time to accept to 48-50 days
• Responsible for hiring call center agents which includes, creating job ad through different job boards,
screening C.Vs, conducting phone interviews and face to face interviews.
• Revising candidates English and IQ test.3
• Update system with rejected and accepted candidates.
o Achievements:
• Started with hiring one employee every week and by the fourth week went to achieving my target with
hiring 7 employees each week.
• Made a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day
• Recording Arabic books, articles & news to be uploaded on the website as audio.
• Recording the voice over for scientific videos for L2ale2 TV "YouTube" channel
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
