• Responsible for all operations including production, maintenance, supply chain & LEAN.

• Monitor and optimize performance of the manufacturing unit as measured by
expense variance, scrap cost, and productivity.

communication, visibility, and involvement to promote a positive working environment that maximizes safety, employee engagement, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Ensure all requirements of the Quality system are met.
• Manage staffing through coaching and development, employment decisions, and
resolving employee issues through problem resolution.
• Continually analyze, identify, and set expectations to motivate workers to achieve
objectives and goals through providing feedback and recognition.
• Responsible for Production & LEAN.
• Establish LEAN system and lead the implementation according to company Guidelines.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives (TCD, VA/VE, CI ...etc.) which resulted in an annual $100, 000 Saving.
• Manage Production lines which include Injection Molding Machines (IMM), Foam Laminating, Brooms & Wipers Making, Stainless steel and other converting and assembly lines.
• Develop and maintain production metrics for quality, delivery, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports.
• Optimize & fine tune daily, weekly & Monthly production plan.
