● Developing, conducting, and improving the Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products.
● Optimizing customer service (OTIF), product availability (OOS), and cost-to-serve (CTS) for First Trade Customers for KSA by
initiating and running projects/programs aligned with the Regional Warehouse & Distribution strategy.
● Developing and implementing chartering strategies to provide integrated services that meet the company’s requirements.
● Ensuring all processes in scope are compliant with GSK policies (QA, QMS, EHS, GDP)
● Implementing proper corrective and preventive actions after analyzing and investigating problems and complaints.
● Initiating and supporting several projects to ensure effective management of day-to-day operations, inventory management, and
change implementation in line with GSK strategy.
● Managing distribution network, transportation, and storage from all local GSK / 3rd Party Manufacturing Sites (in-country) and
Point of Entry (from global sites) to First Trade Customers.
● Managing the import process in a compliant manner, considering strict MOH regulations in terms of sampling of imported
products and subsequent release for sales.
● Managing labeling and re-packing operations performed at GSK operated warehouses and outsourced warehouses.
● Ensuring cold chain requirements are met and product quality is maintained across the distribution chain.
● Ensuring the integrity of material master and customer data (for logistics movements and order/invoice processing) within the
systems used within the CS&L function.

Job Responsibilities included:
● Managing, developing, conducting, and improving all the stock distribution, customer service, and logistics operational tasks
and processes for the supply of the inbound and outbound products to the Saudi market to achieve the optimal customer service
levels.
● Optimizing the distribution of the stock to distributors and improving the On-Time-In-Full KPI, thereby supporting the
commercial ambition (Medicine and Vaccines businesses).
● Managing the internal and external relationships with the first trade customers and relevant local authorities (e.g. customs).
● Managing the day-to-day relationships with the logistics service providers and maintaining warehouse manufacturing site,
transport, and customs brokers to agreed contractual performance levels.
● Managing and generating the DRP Cycle (Distribution Resource Planning) and ensuring the optimum stock levels for M1, M2,
M3, M4, and M5.
● Overseeing in-market supply to KSA from regional and non-regional manufacturing sites.
As a Demand Planning Manager I am responsible of preparing and generating the 18 months rolling forecast to achieve our S&OP number, generate the forecast on monthly basis for all of the suppliers by SKU, National, Channel and Regional level achieving the Demand Planning KPIs for 3 divisions in my company which are Food and Pharma Division, Beverages Division and Food Service Division.
Demand Planning Key Responsibilities:
Generating the 18 months rolling forecast on monthly basis and compare it with the S&OP number.
Connect with the Regional Sales Team and the Trade Marketing team on monthly basis to discuss the short term forecast cycle and reflect the seasonality and the business building blocks and get the consensus of it per SKU.
Prepare the root cause analysis and the gap analysis for the forecast errors per SKU.
Focus and analyze the upcoming 3 months forecast cycle per supplier on National, Channel and Regional basis for every SKU.
Provide the Gap analysis for the Mape and the Bias on monthly basis per SKU.
Comply to the S&OP meetings involving all of the stakeholders such as Finance, Marketing, Sales and the Principal.
Communicate the forecast numbers to the supply team with the SKU classification and the gap analysis of the deviation on monthly basis per SKU to maintain a healthy Inventory levels.
Report the division KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Mape, Bias, Inventory Stock Days, Stocks Regional Availability, Order Fill Rate and prepare the gap analysis for them on monthly basis.
Maintain the forecast cycle using our ERP “Demantra” tool as one of the tool implementers and key users and maintain all the SKUs master data needed to generate the forecast using our system only.
Connect with the company top management team on monthly basis to present our target for the upcoming month and present the KPIs dashboard and the Gap Analysis per Supplier and Brand
As a Senior Demand Planner I am responsible of providing the company with the forecast baseline “In Market Sales baseline” considering the historical performance of each and every SKU, analyzing the SKU trends and seasonality, calculating the Mape and the Bias on SKU basis and achieving the company forecast accuracy level.
As a Senior Supply Planner I own the purchase orders cycle starting from calculating and placing the orders, prepare the logistical needs, releasing it from the customs and provide the storage capacity and capability to achieve the company inventory levels and regional availability.
Also I am one of the KUs “Key Users” and one of the project implementers for the past one year for our forecast ERP oracle based system called Demanatra managing all of the technical and functional details of this ERP system and also one of the KUs of SAP Business Object reporting tools.
Working in the SNO - “Supply Network Operations” department at MEA Planning Service Center in the Baby Care Category my main role is to develop the production plans for the next 13 weeks and 18 months, execute the production plans on a daily base, making sure that it matches the market need based on the current demand and forecast for the next 18 months using our financial planning application SAP, responsible of the production / Inventory availability Vs the market needs in general including releasing the product and making sure that it's available for shipping on time, this includes the Master Production Scheduling "daily and monthly" and local shuttling for the local DRP DC "Distribution Requirement Planning" replenishment. And I am also a SAP Qualified Planning senior end user and Master Data Owner.
