Demand Planning Key Responsibilities:
 Generating the 18 months rolling forecast on monthly basis and compare it with the S&OP number.
 Connect with the Regional Sales Team and the Trade Marketing team on monthly basis to discuss the short term forecast cycle and reflect the seasonality and the business building blocks and get the consensus of it per SKU.
 Prepare the root cause analysis and the gap analysis for the forecast errors per SKU.
 Focus and analyze the upcoming 3 months forecast cycle per supplier on National, Channel and Regional basis for every SKU.
 Provide the Gap analysis for the Mape and the Bias on monthly basis per SKU.
 Comply to the S&OP meetings involving all of the stakeholders such as Finance, Marketing, Sales and the Principal.
 Communicate the forecast numbers to the supply team with the SKU classification and the gap analysis of the deviation on monthly basis per SKU to maintain a healthy Inventory levels.
 Report the division KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Mape, Bias, Inventory Stock Days, Stocks Regional Availability, Order Fill Rate and prepare the gap analysis for them on monthly basis.
 Maintain the forecast cycle using our ERP “Demantra” tool as one of the tool implementers and key users and maintain all the SKUs master data needed to generate the forecast using our system only.
 Connect with the company top management team on monthly basis to present our target for the upcoming month and present the KPIs dashboard and the Gap Analysis per Supplier and Brand
