- Preparing monthly and bi-weekly reports to dispatch to client and consultant.
- Accumulate, collect and analyze data and information required for planning department and other
departments
- Prepare and Analyze Histograms for Man-hours and Manpower Loading
- Prepare Histogram for Concrete and Monitoring of Site Progress.
- Prepare specific Client’s Reports
- Updating Project Time Schedule
- Following up Submittals and Project Deliverables
- Crashing schedules for some specific sites

- Applying Progress Monitoring and Reporting.
- Coordination between planning engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and other departments.
- Preparing for Time Delay Analysis Reports.
- Reviewing overall planning schedule prior submission to client and consultant.
- Reviewing Subcontractors schedules and integrate them in main schedule.
- Reviewing Baseline Schedule.
- Reviewing Sequence of Work.
- Reviewing Change Orders.
- Reviewing Quality of Schedule.

- Coordinating all site execution stages starting from excavation down to site handing over.
- Monitoring time schedules for the project including all revising needs.
- Reviewing Baseline Schedule.
- Dealing and coordinating with clients and consultants about all related issues.
