• EOT Claims using suitable delay analysis methods either or both prospective & retrospective

• Assist in segregation of Concurrent delays & further assist with dispute resolution in float owner- ship & claims matters on multiple projects including construction scheduling, delay & disruption analysis to justify the extended time periods, to claim additional prolongation cost and/ or to avoid paying damages or penalties for delay.
• Preparation of overall integrated micro level Construction Schedule (Clause 14 Master Programme) inclusive of Civil, Structural, Interior finishes & MEP services in-line with design deliverables, procurement of long lead items and specialized agencies for reqd. packages.
• Review, comment & Approval of sub-Contractors Baseline schedule
• Identify long lead items & Prepare Procurement Schedules, Shop Drawing schedule
• Form work follow-up (Slip form, Jump form, Maivan Shuttering)

* Review & continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the Contractor’s major construction
progress & ensure equipment and manpower are adequate or in case of any shortage report to
Engineering/Construction Manager.

* Review in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the Contractors & ensure manpower & site
supervision staffs are increased properly.
* Analyze and check baseline / recovery / revised schedule and made recommendation to client for
acceptance or rejection of the same.
* Check progress on site along with Contractor’s Planners / Schedulers on the weekly/monthly basis.
* Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with
approved schedules, major milestones have been met & report/present deficiencies to Management.
* Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports as submitted by Contractor and report to Construction
Manager any deficiency or non-compliance.
* Review any claim involving time impact as submitted by Contractor& report his assessment to Manager
