1-Merchandising audit: auditing stores showroom performance and making sure it is meeting the top management expectation and company standards. (layout Creation, logistical transportation, supply chain, General Managers performance)
Creating final report template, failure assessments, coordinating between departments, handling communication between departments and general managers in different locations, consolidating departments reports in one cohesive report and submit it to top management in a weekly basis.
2-Back store optimization: Enhancing back stores performance and utilize it to the best.
Create project documents, weekly updates on project status, leading project weekly meeting, monitoring project and closing phases and project as a whole.
3-Assortment Projects: Many categories
create project documents, weekly updates on project status, ensuring project baselines is met, project closing.
4-Market research projects: managing and coordinating market research studies by creating consumer surveys and competitors sheet and establish the rules where to focus within the studying areas to analyze the gathered data to expand the market share and to enhance company currant position compared to the market.
Studying consumers behavior and identify their needs to deliver the best product and service.
Studying competitors to analyze the weakness and strengths.
Integrate both analysis in one cohesive study to determine the next direction.
