Follow EDLC (Every Day Low Cost) approach at the stores by optimizing use of sur charges like Electricity, Carry Bags, Stationary, damages and other store consumables.

Ensuring high focus of customer service through on time home delivery, Happy to assist and polite attitude of staff, queue busting and fulfilling customer requests.

Handling VVIP one time customers and elite regular customers.

Analyzing the de-growing category and focusing on the KRA of the year and finding measures of reducing costs and increasing profit for the company.

Making the work place enjoyable but with Professional Environment to effectively reduce Attrition.

Resolving employee’s grievances.

Providing training to new joinees and regular knowledge sharing with peers and subordinates.

Developing and training Store Managers/Supervisor on operational process.

Providing regular training to Cashier/Csa/Tele-caller on Loyalty/Cashiering/Customer centricity, soft skills, grooming, etc.

Conducting regular meetings with store Managers and keeping everyone updated via mail/con-call/other medium.

Shortlisting Food Specialist, Store Supervisor and recruiting Cashiers, CSA. Tele caller, etc.

Ensuring stores comply as per audit guidelines and score 95% and above.

Handling customer complaint and pacifying the customer with proper solution.

Ensuring timely recovery of credit sales and monitoring the same.

Work closely with different departments within the organization.

Ensuring maximum filtrate by liaising with the category team.

Managing the events like celebrity Demo’s/ special hamper/ bulk hamper orders/Exhibitions and meeting the delivery dead line agreed with the customer.

Ensuring all stores adhere to the expiry confirmation SOP.

Proper execution of promos and monthly event throughout the store.

Handling online business and ensuring 100% DIF and DOT.

Conduct store audit on regular basis and report the same to operation head with problem/Solution and action plan required
