• Following up with customers
• Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures set for inventory transactions
• Coordinate with the local Inventory team to ensure, on a regional level, that retail prices are properly updated both in the system and the shops’ POS
• Supervise and coordinate with local inventory teams/managers on devolutions and returning merchandise while following up on related credit notes
• Manage the local inventory system by processing change of prices and change of
Season transactions into JDE, as well as exporting the related to the Point of Sale (POS) in the shops
• Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure continuous system update with stock level and note discrepancies upon receipt of shipments
• Update uniform delivery to store employees and confirm/ validate sales figures in inventory data, as well as transfers between stores
• Perform appropriate display and merchandising to enhance sales and stores’ window image and maximize attraction of customers into the stores
• Originate display ideas in order to attract a maximum number of customers, promote sales and improve the visibility of slow moving items in coordination with shop managers
• Arrange properties, furniture and merchandise according to prearranged plans
• Supervise the requisition and construction of decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper and glass as needed
• Maintain and manage window booking schedules as needed
