Current Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling any application issues, Implementing new products, And any modifications in Rates, Charges, And product specifications related to the following modules: (Current and saving accounts - Teller - Standing instructions - CIF - Inventory - Instruments- And other branch operations modules).
- Providing system functional support / consulting to branches and several business departments.
- Making new reports requested by business lines related to above mentioned modules, And do required modifications on existing ones.
Oracle Flex Cube upgrade project activities:
- Attended an advanced hands on functional training / workshop done by oracle team.
- Participated in maintaining system’s general bank and branches parameters.
- Maintained all products and maintenances related to modules :
(Current and saving accounts (CASA) - Retail teller - Inventory - Instruments - Interest and charges - Customer information file (CIF) - Standing instructions)
- Provided migration field mapping for all above mentioned modules from legacy system (I-Flex) to Flex Cube UBS, and wrote scripts for fields that is new and doesn’t exist in old system and requires migration logic.
- Participated in a data reconciliation system to run it after migration to get inconsistent or not migrated data.
- Put business workflow and procedures for branch (Teller - back office) operations.
- Recorded 15 interactive videos explaining to branch end users (Tellers - Cashiers - Back office) new system’s work flow and how to perform branch daily transactions.
- Participated in writing a detailed user manual for branch users.
- Gave detailed training to more than 50 branches with practical practice after the training.
- Participated in System’s UAT (Putting business scenario / cases - executing scenarios - examine results …etc).
- Customer service agent:
Handling all customer service transactions (Opening new accounts, closing accounts, issuing cheque books, issuing debit and credit cards, ...etc).
- Safe deposit boxes keeper:
Handling safe boxes transactions such as:
Allocating boxes for new customers, handling customers visits...etc.
- ATM officer:
Responsible of balancing ATM machine at end of day, Performing any settlement needed, and feeding machine with funds.
High value:
- Supporting GSM and ADSL services for Etisalat high value customers.
TLS (Trade line support):
- Supporting Etisalat dealers.
Technical support:
-Technical support for Etisalat USB modems and Mobile internet services.
• Du (Emirates) telecommunication project:
- Providing customer service for GSM and home services (ADSL-TV cables-land lines).
• Mobinil activation and data entry campaign:
- A campaign for Mobinil telecommunications Activating new customers lines and gathering data of existing customers.
• TE data ADSL technical support:
- Providing technical support for TE data ADSL customers.
- Etisalat Emirates directory inquiry service.
