# Design and implement Total Rewards / Mobility strategies for Company operations across a multitude of locations encompassing various geo-regions.

# Support leadership in various locations of operation at developing remuneration expertise through the selection of appropriate market surveys, reports, consultancy partnerships, and budgets to impact talent attraction/ retention along the parameters of efficiency and cost effectiveness.

# Ensure relevant consistency in application of Total Rewards and Mobility strategies across all Company locations.

# Support regions and functions in driving engagement, enable managers to have a better comprehension of Total Rewards efforts and HR role in accomplishing business objectives

# Develop, maintain, and apply Global Mobility policies and procedures to ensure the appropriate assignment of employees to designated locations within approved budgets and accurate contractual agreements

# Ascertain the full compliance of Global Mobility practices and assignees in terms of possible labor, immigration, and taxation laws to secure the hiring and on boarding of assignees to their designated locations within target time frames

COMPANY PROFILE: World class franchise bottler producing beverages, mineral water, & fruit juices such as Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up, Aquafina, & Tropicana juices. The operation consists of two large bottling facilities, a can making facility, and a new PET manufacturing facility with a total manpower of approximately 3, 600 employees.

JOB PROFILE

• Evaluate, design, & manage corporate compensation & benefit plans / programs.

• Manage organisation’s salary structure & benefits schemes to maintain a balance between control of costs, & attracting/retaining staff.

• Perform Job Analysis; conduct Job Evaluation process using Hay Methodology with the HR Senior Management team.

• Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits related policies and procedures to ensure their compliance across all levels in the organisation.

• Re-evaluate C&B cost elements (e.g. Medical Bills, Flight Tickets, Sick Leaves, etc.), underline budget deviations & execute necessary reckoning and propose amendments to assess financial implications.

• Manage/Track annual performance appraisal & probationary evaluations in full compliance with company policies and document account of employee performance to guarantee uniformity of evaluation.

• Prepare Data Collection Manuals for ‘HAY Salary Surveys’.

• Conduct salary review & Bonus Payout across the organisation on an annual basis.

• Manage cost analysis for Manpower Planning exercise to assess the need for present & future resources compared to current & future projected requirements.

• Outline, revise, & enhance the requisite Organisational charts to track vacancies and eventually assist top management in implementing HR decisions.
