Review plans to ensure they meet building codes, local ordinance and zoning regulation, inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviation from specification.
• Approve building plans that are satisfactory, observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specification and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Monitor construction sites periodically to ensure overall compliance. Discuss inspection result with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Use survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to perform inspections.
• Issue violation notices and stop the work orders until building is compliant.
• Keep daily logs, including photographs taken during inspection
• Provide written feedback related to the findings.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specification.
• .Main job responsibilities:
1-Montaring the sales team and give tasks and targets for them.
2-Following with GM targets and strategies. 3- searching for new clients and making a good relation with them.
4- Interfacing with clients & briefing them about company products & activities.
5- Drawing’s review
6- Promoting products & getting the company in the nominated list of the client consultant. 7- Following up inquires & demands in order to get the job awarded.
8- Ensuring quotations are priced & submitted on time with secured payment terms.
9- Following up the installations process.
10- Finding the best solution for the existing buildings to fix new elevators or to renew the existing elevators.

1- Reviewing the shop drawings
2- Supervising all installations duties
3- Checking the quality of the elevators .
4- Checking the wiring and doing the testing on the elevators .
5- ensure that our installation team working in safe area and they are following the safety instruments .
6- Coordinating our work with other subcontractors.
7- Coordinating any new work requested by Client or consultant with the management before implementing.
8- Reviewing the documents like (ITR's, MIR's etc..) to ensure that It's got approval by consultant .
