Initial Start-up preparation for 2025
Operator Training Simulator (OTS) as Boardman Naphtha Cracker (cold section) for Ethylene plant with capacity 1000 KTA
Equipment is learned:
Cracked Gas Compressor, Demethanizer, Deethanizer, Depropanizer, Debutanizer, Coldbox, Methane Expander, Hydrogen PSA, Caustic Wash Tower / Acid Gas Removal, Acethylene Reactor, MAPD Reactor, Ethylene Refrigerant Compressor, Propylene Refrigerant Compressor, Liquid & Gas Dryer
•Monitor and control Air Separation Unit (ASU) plant both in control room and field, including distillation process, heat exchanger, stripper, PPU, cryogenic activities, Nitrogen compressor and others • Support operations of combined cycle Power Plant for utilizing plant, such as cooling tower, steam boiler, gas turbine, HRSG, natural gas compressor, demineralization water and others • Start-up / shut down plants and some equipment • Loading and unloading acid, caustic, liquid fuel, oxygen, nitrogen, argon • Perform daily plant operation, minor preventive maintenance (PM) • Discuss with maintenance team about any problem during execution of work • Create Permit to Work document for all activities in Plant including energy isolation with LOTO system • Submit a daily log sheet and provide incident, accident, equipment failure reports • Raise any production and safety issues that found on our working area, using SAP system • Maintaining communication with major customer regarding demands of gaseous flow, power consumption, product impurities • Submit daily production reports for regional
