Civil Installation & Core Substation - TCO Future Growth Project (FGP) / Wellhead Pressure Management Project (WPMP). Scope of work: Installation of underground services, which include 62, 800 meters of UG Piping of various diameters 4" up to 40", 1, 450 UG Precast Boxes of various sizes and weights (7 Ton up to 35 Ton), and laying of 1, 100, 000 meters of UG Cables of various types and sizes.
•Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
•Ensure that all materials used, and work performed are per the specifications.
•Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
•Oversee health and safety matters on site, engagement in IIF and hazard hands site walks.
•Attending regular meetings with management and clients' representatives.
•Prepare weekly reports.
Scope of work: Rehabilitation/reconstruction for 736 shelters within the project of reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Palestinian refugee camps funded by UN.
•Identify beneficiaries through social and technical field investigation.
•Preparing actual and execution shop drawings.
•Collect data and prepare an estimation of the work budget.
•Monitor the commitment of contractors to the maintenance plan.
•Support the engagement of beneficiaries in the construction process.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
