Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting
regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
Inventory operations include periodic inventory, surprise
inventory, and sample inventory for the warehouse and stores
located within the geographical scope of the warehouse, as well
as monitoring and analyzing discrepancies.
Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures,
including stock rotation, first-in-first-out (FIFO)
principles, and proper storage practices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory
management policies and procedures.
Review Odoo and Oracle balance
Doing Odoo and Oracle sales review.
Processing duplicate and deleted invoices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets,
liabilities, and expenses)
• Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
• Working in Tally and SAP ERP
