Maintain and implement Contractor Site Safety
Program (CSSP), Hazard Identification Plan (HIP).
Monitor all construction / installation / test &
commissioning activities for safety measures.
• Create awareness among all workmen to adopt a
think safety and work safety attitude.
• Ensure mandatory PPE is used at site.
• Support the construction task supervisors carry-out
field tool-box talks on a daily and weekly basis.
• Implement the company objectives of ensuring
‘Zero Incident’ campaign.
• Manage the HSE daily issues, collection of
observations and prepare site weekly statistics
reports on compliance.
• Report incidents of injury / emergency & organize
training requirements for all site/project personnel,
Inspection of all scaffolds, ladders, all plant, tools
& machinery.
• Effectively handle, train and motivate worksite
personnel and project staff to implement and
monitor CSSP.
