Budgeting and proposal development
- Support the maintenance of the Master Budget
- Support the proposal development team by preparing budgets
- Ensure all approved donor budgets are uploaded in a timely way onto the financial system
Management and Donor Reporting

Policy and Donor Regulations Compliance

Support to Field office teams & Capacity building
- Roved between Beirut, Zahle, Tripoli, and Qobayyat, supervising the finance operations at the field level and their relation with the headquarters in Beirut
- Supervised 11 local NGOs while continuously following up on their financial expenditure and operations.
- Supported the financial systems for all the five humanitarian sectors in the field (Education, Child Protection, Shelter, Health & Nutrition, and Food Security & Livelihood)
- Acted as a key link between the Awards Management Unit, the Partnership Management and the Finance teams in the field and the Beirut headquarter.
- Supervised the procurement procedures within the field offices and the partners
- Developed key financial tools to facilitate the operations for more than USD 2, 300.000 in 2013
- Posted transactions and supported the headquarters in internal-external auditing visits
- Supported Area Managers and the Operations Director as well as the Grants Director to develop/manage/monitor budgets related to the field bases
- Supported the administrative and the finance flow of operations
- Acted as safety and security focal point for the field base
- Followed up with partners on latest updates on our projects
- Assisted in the procurement of Nonfood Items (NFIs)
- Supported the NFIs humanitarian distributions in Bekaa
- Supported the HR policies and implementation in the field base
- Line managed the different humanitarian program managers implementing multiple grants covering shelter, health, food security & livelihood, child protection and education
- Acted as Field Manager for more than three months in the absence of the head of base
- Advocated for the organization’s projects in external meetings with municipalities, community leaders and other humanitarian actors in the area as well as in interagency meetings with heads of bases
- Supervised the administration and financial systems
- Monitored and supported the program management and implementation
- Trained and built the capacity of the team as well as youth teams about citizenship, voluntarism, leadership, needs assessment, conflict resolution, municipalities, and good governance.
My GPA is 2.9, with no honors, just a special treatment from the instructors and staff of the university because of how I respect them and show that am here to study through giving all my time and effort to achieve my goals.
